Q. Where are Jamball based?
A. We are based in Leigh, near Manchester, England.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes a lot of our bookings come internationally and we regularly ship
to brides in America and Australia. Please bear in mind additional
customs/duties/taxes will be the buyers responsibilities.
Q. Is my order insured and trackable?
A. We can ensure your order is insured and trackable, again at the buyers cost.
Q. Do Jamball ship wholesale?
A. We are sorry but due to the uniqueness of our product we do not ship wholesale.
Q. How long before the wedding do I have to order?
A. Please order as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. On average a
full bouquet will take approximately two weeks to make. Any additional
pieces are generally a lot quicker as we now know what style/colours you
require.
Please be aware that we are working on orders constantly and there could
ensue a short waiting list.
Q. How do I pay Jamball?
A. You can pay Jamball primarily through Paypal or alternatively pay by
personal cheque,postal order or bankers draft. We will only ship when
all monies are cleared.
Q. Do I pay upfront?
A. We require a non refundable deposit of 25% of your order. This charge
is to cover our overheads such as materials/time etc. and will part of
your final payment.
